2012 Ward Christmas Party

On December 8th, 2012 our ward had a wonderful Christmas party -a delicious breakfast. With everyone's help we were able to make this a really great celebration. We were so happy to see all the smiling faces that came!

Play Group Pumpkin Patch

Every Wednesday there is play group for younger kids at 11:00 am at the church building. We meet in the Primary room, and usually sing songs, have an activity, and a snack for the kids. This past month, however, we went on a Tuesday to Black Island Farms in Syracuse, UT. The kids all got to go on a hayride, pick a pumpkin, see lots of animals, go for a "train" ride, and play on lots of other things the farm has to offer. Most of us even brought sack lunches as well and had a picnic afterwards. The kids had a lot of fun, and so did we! We're excited to continue this tradition next year, and invite any and all to join us in the future!

Relief Society General Broadcast

The annual Relief Society broadcast was held on Saturday, September 29th. Talks were given by our new General Relief Society Presidency, as well as from President Henry B. Eyring of the First Presidency. Sisters in our ward were invited to watch it together at the Stake Center, and afterwards we had a delicious dessert bar :) The talks given were amazing, but the spirit that was felt by all was indescribable!

These wonderful sisters are truly inspired!
